Add a linked block

Select the Custom Block from the Special Items palette.

Drag and drop the block in the Diagram View to the desired location.

Follow the wizard for creating a linked block.

Right-click, and then select Rename.

Enter a description, and then click OK.

If working from a customized palette, add the Custom Block to your palette.
