Add a step action

  1. Select a step on the Sequential Function Chart.

  2. Place the cursor in the Step Actions View, and then right-click.
  3. Select Add.
    A new, undefined action is created.
  4. Select the step action, right-click, and then select Properties.
  5. Set the action properties: description, type, qualifier and delay.
    Note

    If using a Pulse qualifier, you can also confirm the action for that qualifier.

  6. Click Expression Assistant for the expressions you need to write.
  7. In the Expression Editor, enter the text for the step action. Verify the expression. Click OK to save.
  8. Click OK on each dialog to save the step action.
