Create new phase class

  1. From within Control Studio, select New.
  2. Select Object type to Phase Class.
  3. Create the phase logic.
    1. Select the state (for example, Running).
    2. Drill down into the composite block.
    3. Using steps, transitions and terminations, create the SFC.
    4. Continue until all logic is defined for each state
  4. Save and name the phase class.
    At this point,you can assign this phase class to a unit class using DeltaV Explorer.
