Exit an on-line edit (or debug) session

  1. On the Online (or Debug) tab, in the Close group, click Close Online View or Close Debug View. This takes you back to the edit mode in Control Studio.
    Note

    If you have any breakpoints or forced inputs still active in the debug session, the system asks if you want to clear them.

  2. For breakpoints, click:
    • Yes to clear the breakpoints and allow the algorithm to run normally.
    • No to leave the breakpoints and keep the algorithm from executing.
    • Cancel to stay in the on-line or debug session with the current settings.
  3. For forced inputs, click:
    • Yes to leave the inputs forced and continue to exit the on-line session.
    • No to stay in the on-line or debug session with the current settings.
