What's the difference between Operator Keyboard and DeltaV Operate on multiple monitors?

Setting the display resolution and color depth for multiple monitor workstations

The display resolution and color depth must be set to supported values only.

Using a display resolution other than the supported resolutions with a display created from the DeltaV Operate templates is not supported. DeltaV Operate opens the display, but the resolution differences causes picture distortion. All standard DeltaV Operate graphics are created from the DeltaV Operate templates.

  1. Set the display resolution to one of the following supported values: 1024×768, 1280×1024, 1680×1050, and 1920x1080.
    Note

    All screens in a multiple monitor layout must have the same display resolution and the values.

  2. The color depth defaults to 32 bit color depth.
    Note

    If you change the screen resolution, it may be necessary to reset the color depth setting to 32 bit.
