Create WIOC placeholder

Right-click the Wireless I/O Network and select New → Wireless I/O Card.

Note:

The WIOC and its subsystems (Field Links, Decommissioned Wireless Devices, and Devices folders) are created in the database. The WIOC appears in the Explorer hierarchy under the Wireless I/O Network. The WIOC has a default name of WIOCn where n is the lowest unused WIOC number.
