Add an SIS named set

  1. Navigate to SIS Named Sets under System Configuration/Setup.
  2. Right-click, and then select New SIS Named Set.
  3. The new named set appears in the right pane, in an edit box, ready for renaming.
  4. Type a new name for the named set.
    Note:
    Named sets and their states are case-sensitive. They may be defined using uppercase or lowercase letters. All references in the logic to the state must be as originally defined.
  5. To add states to the named set
  6. Select the named set, right-click, and then select Properties.
  7. In the Properties dialog, click Add.
  8. In the State Properties dialog, enter a name for the state.
  9. Enter a value or accept the assigned value.
  10. Select or deselect the check boxes beside Visible and User selectable.
  11. Click OK.
  12. Repeat steps 6 through 11 for each state in the named set.
  13. Click OK to save the named set, and then close the Properties dialog.
