Enable DeltaV SIS Functionality

  1. Click Start → DeltaV Engineering → System Preferences.
  2. In the DeltaV SIS area of the dialog, select the check box or boxes for the safety system type you are configuring:
    • Enable CHARMs Logic Solvers
    • Enable SLS 1508 Logic Solvers
  3. Click OK.
  4. Click OK in response to the message to restart the DeltaV Database Server for the changes to take effect.
