Create an SIS module template

  1. In DeltaV Explorer, navigate to a category under Library\SIS Module Templates.
    You can create a new template if desired.
  2. Right click the category and select New SIS Module Template.
  3. In the New dialog, select SIS Module or SIS Module Template as the Object Type.
  4. Select Start From Existing and browse for an existing module (or module template) or select Create New, and then click OK.
  5. Configure the function block diagram for the module template.
  6. Click the Main button, and then click Save.
  7. Select SIS Module Templates as the Object Type.
  8. Double-click Category.
  9. Enter a name for the template in the Object Name field, and then click Save.
    Note:
    An SIS module template can also be created in Control Studio.
