Delay conditions transitioning to False

After a_DELAY_ONn is reached, the a_OUT_Dn and a_PRE_OUT_Dn parameters are set to True and remain True until the condition evaluates to False for a time greater than a_DELAY_OFFn. If the condition evaluates to True before a_DELAY_OFFn is reached, the condition's a_OUT_Dn and the a_PRE_OUT_Dn parameters remain True.
