Block permissive conditions can be disabled. A permissive condition is disabled when P_DISABLEn is TRUE. When P_DISABLEn is True P_OUT_D_n is not set. P_PRE_OUT_Dn is not affected by P_DISABLEn and always reflects the condition's evaluation. When P_DISABLEn is False, P_ OUT_D_n and P_PRE_OUT_Dn have the same value.
P_DISABLE_ACT is the logical OR of the P_DISABLEn parameters. DISABLE_ACT is set as soon as at least one condition of any type is disabled.
