For asset alarms to participate in the DeltaV system, be sure that:
The asset name conforms to DeltaV module naming conventions.
Alarms are enabled.
Plant area assignments have been made.
The areas that contain the assets are assigned to the Alarms and Events subsystem on the Application Station as well as any Operator Station from which asset alarms are viewed.
The Application Station has been downloaded.
