Warning when downloading a fieldbus port

When the Module-driven macrocycle option is used, it is possible to receive a warning during a controller or port download that a fieldbus segment requires a longer macrocycle than that configured for the port. This warning does not prevent you from downloading the port; however, your modules will not run at the specified rate if you download with this warning.

This problem can occur when too many blocks are scheduled at the same block scan rate and the total time to sequentially execute the blocks exceeds the configured macrocycle. In this case, the DeltaV system increases the macrocycle to accommodate the blocks. If you get this warning, try reducing the number of blocks and/or slowing down the module execution rates. If your configuration requires module execution rates faster than 0.5 seconds, use the User-specified macrocycle option rather than the Module-driven macrocycle option.
