The Condition Summary Viewer displays a list of unsuppressed and suppressed conditions of the hardware alarm parameters for a node. You can only run one copy of this application on the one workstation. Each workstation can have one copy running. Each Condition Summary Viewer displays the conditions of one node (for example, lists the conditions of one controller).
The list of unsuppressed and suppressed conditions includes the subsystem from where the condition emanates, the condition message (which gives you more details about the condition), the time that the condition was added to the list, and the alarm that the condition triggered. The Suppress Conditions list also indicates if the condition is active (red light) or inactive (gray light).
The conditions are ordered by the Time column with the most recent condition first. You can select a different sorting by clicking any of the column headings. This action sorts the list based on the column heading clicked in either an ascending or descending order. Clicking the same heading twice toggles between ascending and descending order.
To unsuppress or suppress a condition, select that condition and click the appropriate button. When the action completes successfully, the condition is displayed in the other list. Therefore, if you suppress an unsuppressed condition and it is successful, that condition is now listed in the Suppress Conditions list.
To filter the lists, click the appropriate filter button for that list. When the button appears to be pushed in, conditions of that type are shown on the viewer's list. Otherwise, conditions of that type are not shown on the viewer's lists.
The following buttons perform all the functions available in the Condition Summary Viewer.
The Suppress/Unsuppress features are also available on the context menu (select the condition and right click).
