Cold Restart — A cold restart turns off the outputs. After a successful completion of self-tests, the outputs remain off until a valid configuration has been received. All self-test errors are treated as Cold Restart Errors.
Upon receiving a configuration that indicates a change from one type of output to another, the outputs switch to the off state.
