Using the Favorites tab

Use the Favorites tab to save links to topics that you refer to often. The links are saved so that when you reopen Books Online they are available. Each user's favorites are saved separately.

Note

To save your favorites you must close Books Online before logging out.

To add a link to the Favorites tab:

Navigate to the topic whose link you want to save.
Open the Favorites tab.
The title of the topic appears in the Current topic field.
Click the Add button to copy the title into the Topics area.

Open a topic in the list by selecting its title and clicking the Display button or by double clicking the title.

Remove an item from the list by selecting it and clicking the Remove button.
