The Parameter Instances dialog provides a single location for access to all instances of a configurable module parameter. Access the dialog by right-clicking a parameter of a module class in DeltaV Explorer, and then selecting Configure Instances from the context menu. If the Allow instance value to be configured check box is not selected in the class, the Configure Instances selection is grayed out.
The Parameter Instances dialog contains a list of all instances of the selected parameter and where they are used in the configuration. To edit an instance, select it, and then click the Modify button. The Properties dialog for the selected parameter opens. Make your changes, and then click OK. None of the other instances of the parameter are affected.
