Use Workstation Configuration to complete the installation and set up of DeltaV workstations.
On a ProfessionalPLUS workstation
On a ProfessionalPLUS workstation, this utility runs automatically as part of the DeltaV software installation. You may need to rerun Workstation Configuration on a ProfessionalPLUS workstations if any of its hardware configuration changes.
Another use for this utility is to create a ProfessionalPLUS workstation from the current workstation’s node name and other settings if you create a new database without preserving the network definition.
On all other workstation types
For all other workstation types, first create the workstation node from the ProfessionalPLUS workstation, then export the workstation configuration file. Move to the workstation being configured and run Workstation Configuration, selecting the configuration file created from the ProfessionalPLUS workstation.
