Run Setup.exe from \_Support\tools\LoadEstimator and follow the instructions in the setup program. When the setup program is complete it adds the DeltaV Controller Load Estimator application to the menu.
Be sure to read the Load_Estimator_Readme.txt file before running the Controller Load Estimator Tool.
