View a rights and privileges report

To view a rights and privileges report, complete the following steps:
  1. On the User Manager menu, click ReportsRights and Privileges.
    The Rights and Privileges Report dialog appears.
  2. In the Available users pane, select the users you want included in the report.
    You can select multiple users by holding down the SHIFT or CTRL key while selecting the names.

    Click the Add button to add the names to the report. You can also remove a user by selecting the name and clicking the Remove button.

  3. Click the Add button to list selected users in the Users in the report pane.
    You can delete users from the Users in the report pane by selecting them, and then clicking the Remove button.
  4. After selecting users, click the Generate Report button.
    The report appears in the User Rights and Privileges Report – Text View window.
    • To search the report, click the button; to search for the same text again, click the button; to search in reverse, click the button.
    • To copy some or all of the report to the Clipboard, select the text, and then press CTRL+A. You can then paste your selection into another application.
    • To print the report, click the Print button.
