Disable user accounts

Use this procedure to disable, rather than delete, a user account.

  1. On the User Manager main window, select the user name.
  2. Click File → Properties.
  3. In the Properties For User dialog, click the Advanced tab.
  4. In the Account and Password Status section, click the Disable Account box.
  5. Click OK.
    Note

    To disable the user account and not exit the Properties For User dialog, click Apply.
