You can select one or more items in a list such as a list of users, groups, or locks for operations such as adding multiple users to a group, granting multiple keys to users, and other operations.
Select consecutive items in a list
To select consecutive items, select the first item you want to include. While holding down the SHIFT key, select the last item you want to include.
Select non-consecutive items in a list
To select non-consecutive items, select the first item you want to include. While holding down the CTRL key, click each additional item you want to include.
