This block calculates a DEV_ACT parameter that can be used for alarming. This parameter is True if one or more if the inputs used in the selection process is farther than DEV_LIM away from the middle signal. A DEV_HYS parameter is used when DEV_ACT is set for calculation of when the alarm has cleared.
