The LSMON block does not perform status propagation. The IN_Dx parameters are Boolean with status but the status is only used to determine if an input is connected. A status of BadNotConnected indicates that the input is not in use. This enables the LSMON block to use EXT_INPUTS but override a single input if the user configures the relevant IN_Dx parameter to be not BadNotConnected.
