The CEM_Effect_ GEM class is configured to use with
the SIS_CEM_FP faceplate. When configuring the GEM on a display, if you prefer
to use a custom faceplate, enter its name in the
Faceplate Name field. You must manually enter the
function block name as well as the effect number.
When the block has more than one Effect, the CEM_Effect_ GEM is used
multiple times with that block. The parameters in the GEM are associated with a
single Effect of the block.
