SLS 1508: Assign a logic solver to a logic solver card

A Logic Solver must be associated with a Logic Solver card. After you download the Logic Solver it runs the SIS modules you have assigned to it.

Drag-and-drop a Logic Solver (under SIS Network) to a Logic Solver card to assign it. You can also use the following procedure.

  1. Navigate to the Logic Solver you wish to assign.
  2. Right-click and select Assign.

    Note that you use the Unassign selection on the same context menu to unassign a Logic Solver.

  3. Browse to the controller, then the I/O subsystem and Logic Solver card, and click OK.
    Note

    After assignment, the controller node name and physical Logic Solver card name appear in parentheses next to the Logic Solver under SIS Network and the Logic Solver name appears in parentheses next to the physical Logic Solver card under I/O.
