In the operating environment (DeltaV Live or DeltaV Operate), alarms notify operators about changes in the process that might require operator attention. Alarms are visible on the Alarm Banner at the bottom of the operator picture, as well as on any faceplates or other displays that are set to show alarms. Alarms are set up in the module templates.
