SIS Adapters are used to connect S-series controllers with Logic Solvers installed on M-series 8-Wide Horizontal I/O Carriers. S-series controllers do not recognize any other M-series I/O. Refer to the Installing Your DeltaV Safety Instrumentation System Hardware manual for information on installing DeltaV SIS hardware.
