For trend operations such as showing and hiding the Y scale, expanding and compressing a trend, setting the plot method and so on, you must first select the parameter reference in the Legend.
Click the parameter reference in the Legend.
To select multiple trends, hold down the SHFT key, and then select the parameter references.
Hold down the CTRL key as you click the parameter reference.
