Use the Backup and Restore Database tool to save a copy of the database or to restore a previously saved copy.The fields and controls on this dialog are:
Displays the current database host where the active database resides.
Specifies the database to back up or restore. The drop-down list contains the registered databases.
This read-only field indicates the directory path of the selected database.
Backs up the selected database. This action opens the Backup Database dialog where you can name the backup file and add a comment to help you better identify the backup. The default name for the backup is database-year-month-day. If you back up more than once on the same date, you must change the backup database name.
Restores the selected database.
