Delay conditions transitioning to True

When a condition evaluation is True for longer than the configured delay on time (a_DELAY_ONn), the condition's a_OUT_Dn and a_PRE_OUT_Dn parameters are set. When the condition is True but changes to False before a_DELAY_ONn is reached, the timer resets until the condition evaluates to True again.
