When the interlock condition I_RESET_REQD_n is True, I_L_OUT_Dn returns to False only when I_OUT_D_n is False and RESET_D transitions from a zero value to a non-zero value. If I_OUT_D_n is True, I_L_OUT_Dn stays latched.
When I_RESET_REQD_n is False, RESET_D has no effect on I_L_OUT_Dn.
When all I_L_OUT_Dn are False, the block sets I_RESET_REQD to False.
