DeltaV Remote Client overview

DeltaV Remote Client works with Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection and Remote Desktop Services to allow users with network access and appropriate permissions to log into a DeltaV system. The only requirement on the client is a 32-bit Microsoft Windows operating system and Remote Desktop Connection software. Access can be by modem, direct LAN, internet, or other connection that supports the remote communications protocol.

DeltaV Remote Client must first be enabled and configured on the server machine, which must be either a DeltaV ProfessionalPLUS or Operator Station. Remote Desktop sessions must be configured and licensed in advance, and users (or remote nodes) must be granted access permission.
