Disabling any of the configured conditions (interlock, permissive, or force setpoint) sets DISABLE_ACT to True. An interlock condition is disabled when I_DISABLEn is True and I_HIGHER_MNGn is False. Permissive condition n is disabled when P_DISABLEn is True. Force setpoint condition n is disabled when F_DISABLEn is True. DISABLE_ACT is the logical OR of I_DISABLE_ACT, P_DISABLE_ACT, and F_DISABLE_ACT.
