The status of the
output parameters (ENTHALPY, ENTROPY, SPEC_VOL, and PRES) is set to the status
of the input parameter (TEMP). The ranges of valid block input values mentioned
in this section are guidelines, not absolute limits. If your inputs are outside
the guidelines, the values are limited for the calculation to the boundary of
the IF97 region, the block status is set to Bad, and the limits are set
appropriately.
