Smart commissioning tasks performed in I/O Studio, DeltaV Device Commissioner and other DeltaV applications require users to have certain keys associated with their accounts.
The Smart Commissioning user group includes the Can Edit and Can Setup Devices keys by default. The SIS Smart Commissioning group includes the SIS Can Edit and SIS Can Setup Devices keys by default. You can assign users performing smart commissioning tasks to the appropriate group. Or, you can add these keys to a user account directly.
The keys are node-scoped. That is, when you assign a user to one of the smart commissioning groups or grant one of the keys directly, you can give the user access to all nodes (Sitewide) or, you can select a single, specific node. Selecting a specific node limits the user's smart commissioning scope to that node.
