If the Wireless I/O Card (WIOC) assembly ( WIOCs, WIOC carrier and I/O Ports) was removed without being decommissioned, the WIOCs must be reset before they can be installed and commissioned to another system. WIOCs that were moved to another system without being properly decommissioned can interfere with communications to an existing node that has the same IP address.
