DeltaV Device Commissioner cannot perform commissioning on I/O nodes that have been locked in DeltaV Explorer.
If a control module references a device assigned to a locked controller, DeltaV Device Commissioner will not perform binding, configuration, or testing on that device. The device will be sent to the Punch List when it is sensed.
