Installation Notes
- The I/O terminal block is recommended to provide terminations for field wiring for the AO, 8-Channel, 4–20 mA, AO, 8-Channel, 4–20 mA, HART and the Series 2 AO, 8-Channel, 4–20 mA, HART cards in Simplex mode. Optional terminal blocks are the fused I/O block and the 16-pin mass termination block.
- The Redundant Analog Output terminal block is recommended to provide terminations for field wiring for the Series 2 AO, 8-Channel, 4–20 mA, HART card in Redundant mode.
- The open HART protocol layers digital information on the standard analog 4-20 mA process signal.
