Creating campaigns

If a campaign is to have a setup or cleanup batch, those optional batches must be created at the same time as the campaign. Define the campaign batches, setup batch, and cleanup batch before clicking Create on the Create Campaign dialog.

There are three ways to open the Create Campaign dialog to create a campaign:

• Click File → New Campaign.

• Right-click the server name and select New Campaign.

• Click the New Campaign button on the toolbar.

After defining the campaign batches, you may want to change the campaign mode and specify that completed batches are to be removed automatically from the Batch Executive after a minimum delay. These changes can be made to the campaign by opening the Campaign Properties dialog. To do this, right-click the campaign and select Properties.
