This section outlines how to bulk edit history data points (history collection configuration).
The general procedure to bulk edit history data points is:
Configure history data points of the types you want to bulk edit.
Use the sample format specification file or create your own and export data from the existing configuration.
Edit the history data points in the bulk edit Excel add-in.
Import the history data points.
To bulk edit history data points for all modules in an area, select only the area in the User Defined Export dialog. Do not click the Select All button. If you select the area and click Select All, all history data points are duplicated in the export file.
