User account reports

By clicking Reports on the User Manager menu, you can produce a variety of reports containing user account information.

• Reports → Accounts Summary → DeltaV Database Accounts

  Opens the DeltaV Database Accounts Report – Text View window, containing a report listing information about all accounts with access to the DeltaV database.

• Reports → Accounts Summary → All Accounts

  Opens the All Accounts Report – Text View window, containing a report listing information about all DeltaV accounts.

• Reports → Rights and Privileges

  Opens the Rights and Privileges Report dialog, where you can specify one or more DeltaV users to include in a report listing rights and privileges information in the User Rights and Privileges Report – Text View window.

• Reports → Export Accounts and Privileges
  Opens the Export Accounts and Privileges dialog, from which you can export a tab-delimited text file containing a list of user account information for one or more of the following categories:

  • DeltaV and local Windows accounts
  • DeltaV groups and keys
  • DeltaV users and keys
