Run commands

The run commands begin or resume a batch process. To issue a run command, the batch must be either in the Ready state (can issue a start command) or in the Held or Lost state (can issue a Restart command).

The run commands are Start and Restart. Batches can be started only from the Ready state. The Restart command can only be issued when a batch is in the Held, Lost, or Recover_Failed states.
